Our vernal equinox (fall) is here in the Northern Hemisphere. So wouldn’t it be nice to have a different type of apple a day? Apples are a good source of vitamins and has lots of health benefits. So let’s go apple picking. Once you pick your apple, you can bake, make apple sausage, can, stew, juice, and even make apple wine, apple butter and apple jelly with your apples.
