Shakespeare is full of death and weddings, often in the same play. I'll give you examples of Shakespearean characters who are either killed or married in the course of the plays in which they appear. You choose the play. Once more unto the breach, dear friends! (All information verified in "Asimov's Guide to Shakespeare" Image: Lawrence Fishburne and Kenneth Branagh in "Othello")

Generally well done, but Anne was not mourning the death of her husband (although Richard had also killed him), but of Henry VI. The movie version RIII (with Olivier) changed the plot and most people fail to go back and read the play.
