Eggs are readily available everywhere and enjoyed for breakfast - boiled, scrambled, coddled, fried, poached and shirred. This quiz will take you around the world sampling an egg dish at each stopover. I have not eaten or cooked ALL of these dishes and so I used Google to check on complete ingredients. Enjoy!
