How rich is rich???

In March, 2009, Forbes Magazine published a list of the richest people in the world. The list considered the person's estimated value of assets less debt as of February, 2009, and did not include heads of state whose wealth is tied to their position (although two of my questions include this category). According to Forbes Magazine, the net worth of the superrich of America fell by 300 billion in the last year. It makes me want to cry for them (not!).
