There are many Yiddish words that have become incorporated into the English language. You may not even realize that these are, in fact, Yiddish. Many Yiddish expressions are difficult to translate into English - the color and flavor get lost along the way. But you do know these words, and will have no trouble recognizing their meanings, I am sure. Hint - If you are not sure of the words, say them aloud. Sometimes the transliteration has many spellings - but you won't go wrong if you say them out loud.
