Oscars that were never won

So Kate Winslet finally won an Oscar on her fifth try. Can you believe that some of Hollywood's biggest names and best actors have been nominated multiple times, but they have yet to walk away with the hardware. Instead it goes to a flavor of the month like Roberto Benigni or Mira Sorvino. People that have not done anything noteworthy before or after their win. I will give a brief description of the roles that an actor was nominated for, you have to name the actor. They say it's an honor just to be nominated, but I bet these people would love to hear their name called just once. P.S. Some of these people may have won Oscars for directing, producing, etc, but they have never won an Oscar for acting.
