The Pennsylvania Dutch are the descendants of German immigrants and, for the purposes of this quiz, specifically the Amish and Mennonite communities. There is a large contingent of Amish and Mennonite in central Pennsylvania and their foods are widely available in local restaurants and are really a staple in home cooking. Enjoy!

I've lived in the area for over 20 years and hadn't heard of some of these.
