This quiz is a conglomeration of things that I have collected from my favorite history teacher, Mr. Newman. I have just been writing down funny things that he has told us and then researched them a bit. The name of this quiz comes from the fact that we always complain that we are off on another "tangent" and need to get back on topic. I hope that everyone who takes the time to do this quiz will both learn a lot and have a bit of fun too!

Very enjoyable. I had a teacher in the 8th grade who also would go off on tangents, free-associating into oblivion. We always referenced it as 'talking in spirals'. Sometimes she had a point...and sometimes she didn't. Great teacher.
