I decided to base my quiz on the "Ig Nobel Prizes" - awards given for actual scientific "achievements that cannot or should not be reproduced" - and no, I'm not making this up - these are genuine awards and apparently much coveted in the science community! Thanks to the awards' sponsors, the Institute of Improbable Research, for the information. Hope you enjoy reading about them as much as I did!
