The Test of General Ignorance #3

Here is the third test of general ignorance, as some of those taking the first two asked for. Keep in mind that sometimes what we think we know has nothing to do with real facts, but rather with myths and legends. The point of this test is no necessarily to get 100% correct answers, but to share interesting and sometimes curious facts that most of us do not know.

Again the quiz is based on The Book of General Ignorance, written by John Lloyd and John Mitchinson. It was "Amazon's number one Global bestseller for Christmas 2006". But this time I have included some of my own ideas as well.
