I would venture a guess the patata, er, the potato, is the most versatile of all vegetables, considering the many ways this tuber can be prepared. Sadly, I have never tasted a potato I didn't like...bring on the butter and sour cream! terrible! i dont know where on earth you got all ur facts but average quizzers cant know half of them... but kudos to u on work well done 
Wow, did I ever get mashed in this test! Fun, hard (I'm practically in the top ten with 40%!) I'd better eat some more potatoes and learn something.
Eek! You shouldn't feel bad about missing a few on my last quiz. I totally gave away my shameful ignorance of potatoes here. My Irish ancestors are rolling in their graves!
