	I get a message saying that I have already taken a quiz when I have not
	After starting a quiz, I encountered an error and am now unable to take the quiz
	Sploofus became unresponsive when I answered the final question of a quiz
	A quiz contains offensive or inaccurate content
	I have found a quiz that clearly does not comply with the SQAG
	A quiz question contained 2 or more identical answers
