Sing a Song of Roses
Geophile on 10/24/2016
The rose has been around for 35 million years or so, and is the national flower of England, the United States, the Czech Republic and other countries. It's not surprising that poets and musicians have sung the praises of the rose throughout the ages. A few titles are golden oldies, however, most are common to pop music.
